Refund policy:
- A handling fee of 150€ will be systematically retained.
- For Semester 1 (September–December 2026):
- In the event of cancellation after July 6, 2026, the fees will be refunded on presentation of the “visa refusal notification” from the embassy or a certificate of enrollment in another degree-awarding higher education program. 50% refund in all other cases.
- For Semester 2 (January–May 2027):
- In the event of cancellation after November 30, 2026, the fees will be refunded on presentation of the “visa refusal notification” from the embassy or a certificate of enrollment in another degree-awarding higher education program. 50% refund in all other cases.
- In the event of cancellation after the start of the course, partial reimbursement is possible by decision of CIREFE management. The student must provide proof of the reason for the request. No requests for refunds will be considered after the end of the second week of the course.
