Rennes 2 University (France) will host an International Staff Week from June 22nd to 26th 2026.
The International Relations Department, in collaboration with the Rennes International Centre for French Studies for Foreigners (CIREFE) at the University of Rennes 2, is pleased to invite you to the next Erasmus+ 2026 Staff Training Week at the University of Rennes 2.
The programme has been designed for administrative and academic staff from Rennes 2 University's partners, with priority given to universities in the EMERGE European Alliance
OUR OFFER :
- Improve your French language skills with Rennes 2’s premier language-learning center, the CIREFE
- Gain a greater understanding of French culture
- Take part in numerous cultural outings
PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
Date: from Monday, June 22nd to Friday, June 26th, 2026
- Venue: Rennes 2 University, Villejean Campus, Rennes (Brittany)
COSTS AND FEES :
- 350 € per individual (please consult the last page of this program for more information).
Participants from ERASMUS+ universities can apply, within their own Universities, for an ERASMUS+ grant to support overcosts.
This fee will include:
▪ 16 hours of French-language and civilisation courses;
▪ A one-day excursion to the corsair city, Saint Malo;
▪ Wine and cheese tasting evening;
▪ Visit of the city of Rennes, capital of Brittany;
▪ Museum visit with a tour guide;
▪ Welcome lunch, closing lunch, announced coffee breaks;
▪ Local travel (10 metro / bus tickets).
These fees do not include:
▪ Travel expenses;
▪ Accommodation and meal costs, except for lunches on Mondays and Fridays.
ACCESS LEVEL:
- Minimum level of French required: Confirmed A2 level (a preliminary online language test will be proposed to help determine the level of each selected participant).
REGISTRATION :
- Registration will be open until Monday, March 16th, 2026 : formulaire d'inscription
- The number of participants is limited to 20 persons maximum and we will not be able to accept more than 2 people per institution.
- All applicants, including those who are not selected, will receive the results of the selection by email by no later than Friday, April 3rd, 2026.
