Permanent teachers recruitment
The CIREFE employs 9 PRAG/PRCE teachers, 1 teacher on a permanent contract (CDI), and 2 MCF (senior lecturer) teachers. Applications are submitted directly via the Galaxie portal depending on job postings. There are currently no positions of this type available.
Temporary contract teachers recruitment
The CIREFE currently employs teachers on renewable one-year fixed-term contracts (CDD). These teachers teach 384 hours per year of face-to-face classes.
External teaching recruitment
Hourly-paid lecturers (Vacataires)
Hourly-paid lecturers are selected based on their expertise in scientific, cultural, or professional fields. In addition to their teaching activity, they must have a primary occupation:
- Directing a company
- Salaried activity of at least 900 hours of work per year
- Non-salaried activity (subject to the CET - Territorial Economic Contribution or proof of regular livelihood from their profession for at least three years)
Temporary hourly-paid staff (Agents temporaires vacataires)
- Students enrolled in a postgraduate third-cycle higher education degree program
- Retirees or pre-retirees, provided they exercised a primary professional activity outside the institution at the cessation of activity and meet age limit conditions.
Phonetics laboratory monitors
Students trained in FLE (French as a Foreign Language). It is occasionally possible to teach other courses under this status.
Recruitment
Before starting, the instructor must submit the completed recruitment file or simplified sheet to the secretariat. The gross hourly tutorial (TD) rate is €43.50. Two payments are made during the academic year: at the end of February and the end of July.

Administrative staff
The CIREFE occasionally recruits administrative staff to support start-of-term operations or the administrative management of summer programs.
